I am not considered an in-network provider for other insurance providers. However, I can provide the documentation that you need in order to get some percentage of reimbursement. You can often use your Flex Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to cover out-of-network costs pre-tax. Please call your insurance company to see how they handle out-of-network providers.
Are intensives covered by insurance?
Intensives (2+ hours) will not be covered entirely by insurance. Insurance may cover an hour of an intensive.
